Clinical Supervision Rates (LAC, LAMFT, LMSW)

$100 for 60-minute individual supervision (in person or video)

$65 for 90-minute group supervision (2-6 supervisees)

$125 for onsite supervision within a 10-mile radius of 85340 **2-hour minimum**

$150 for onsite supervision outside a 10-mile radius of 85340 **2-hour minimum**

Payment

I accept cash, debit, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
