Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems.

Perhaps you have a goal in mind, battles to fight, and hurdles to overcome. Maybe you don’t know what you want but know you are ready for change. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, trauma, or any other issue, you should know that you can get through this, there is hope.

“You either walk inside your story and own it or you stand outside your story and hustle for your worthiness.”

Initially, you might be hesitant to seek out help and support for personal matters. When you do, you will feel confident that you are taking a courageous first step toward getting to a better place and being a better you.

About Kenni Uribe, LCSW, CFRC (Owner/Clinical Supervisor)

Hello, my name is Kenni and I am excited about the possibility of working with you.

First of all, what are all those letters after my name?  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified First Responder Counselor. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist. This means that I have had extensive training, experience, consultation, and education following my master’s degree which allows me the ability to provide quality care for my clients. It also means that I have a Code of Ethics that guides my practice as well as engaging in continuing education to better myself as a practitioner and keep up with various treatment modalities and research.

Personally, I am a country girl living in a city world whose soul belongs in the mountains and rivers of Wyoming. I earned my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from the University of Wyoming and spent a year in the Netherlands studying International studies. I have over 20 years of experience in the field and I enjoy my work with adults, first responders, and military – both active duty and veterans. I am a results-oriented therapist with a kind, empathetic, and direct style.

If you have a specific goal in mind or don’t know exactly what you want but know you are ready for change, I encourage you to reach out and commend you for taking the steps toward growth and healing.
